Shipping

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation and an estimated date of delivery by email. We offer domestic and international delivery services. When the order is shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking information and the delivery date. 

If, for any reason, an item is out of stock, we will notify you by either email or telephone. You will not be charged for any item that is out of stock. However, note that delivery times can also be subject to external factors as shall be described herein this policy and, therefore, cannot be guaranteed. 

Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly before you place your order.

Where do we ship to?

We offer both domestic and international shipping to selected countries using trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx and DHL. 

Estimated shipping quote

At the time of purchase, a shipping estimate and/or shipping deposit is added to the total purchase amount. The actual shipping charge may vary depending on the shipping method, geographical location, and other circumstances.

We may utilize our shipping partners' API to provide real-time shipping rates at the checkout for international orders. This ensures that you are aware of the shipping costs associated with your order before finalizing your purchase.

Estimated delivery date

Estimated delivery dates for both domestic and international orders provided by AJADI are non-binding, and the time of delivery cannot be guaranteed. This estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed to you at checkout before you complete your order.

We shall not be liable for any delays, loss, or damage in transit. AJADI shall not be held responsible for any shipment/package being delayed by the carrier due to adverse weather conditions, uncontrollable circumstances (flight delays, equipment malfunction etc.), or an act of God and will not refund the cost of shipping.

Multiple days of delays on shipments can be caused by any of the above-mentioned events regardless of the shipping method selected at the point of checkout.

Shipping/carrier disclaimer

We do our best to make sure shipments arrive quickly and in good condition. However, we shall not be liable for delays beyond our control. AJADI shall not be held responsible for any shipment/package being delayed by the carrier due to adverse weather conditions, uncontrollable circumstances (flight delays, equipment malfunction etc.), or an act of God and will not refund the cost of shipping.

Shipment reroutes/lost shipments/shipments returned to AJADI

In the event that an order is placed with incorrect shipping information and requires a change of address, the customer will be charged a rerouting fee and any additional shipping charges that may apply to such rerouting. This fee can vary based on your location and how much the shipment needs to travel away from its originally shipped location.

In the rare event that your order is lost or significantly delayed during transit, please contact our customer support team at support@madebyajadi.com so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.

International shipping, import duties, taxes, and fees

International shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed upon the shipment reaching your country, and such customs charges must be fulfilled by you. We have no control over such charges, so we may not be able to give an accurate estimate of what such charges may be. In some countries, duty (not sales tax) applies only above a certain amount for some items (Brazil $50.00, Israel $75.00, Australia $900.00 etc.). Please check before buying.

We advise you to check with FedEx or the DHL customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

These charges are normally collected by the shipping company or when you pick the item up - Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Tracking your order

You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches your doorstep. Please be advised that our confirmation email may be received as SPAM depending on your inbox's security settings. Check your 'SPAM' or 'Junk' mail inbox periodically.

Returns and Refunds

AJADI wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, and we take every possible step to make that happen. But if, for some reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and offer refunds subject to the terms and conditions herein this policy.

Do you accept International returns?

No. All orders shipped internationally or shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for returns. Kindly reach out to support@madebyajadi.com for more information.

What happens if the item arrives damaged?

All orders leave our facility in brand new and undamaged or as described on the product listing. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@madebyajadi.com, and we will gladly replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, we will refund you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to us. 

However, all claims for damaged items must be made within 3 days from the time of receiving your order. Please reach out to us at support@madebyajadi.com. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it and notify us immediately if there is any damage. If no claim for damage is made within 3 days of delivery, no action will be taken.

What happens in the event that I want to make a return?

We allow for a 30-day return period from when the courier has confirmed delivery to the residence to when a return request has been submitted. Please contact us at support@madebyajadi.com for return inquiries, and if your return request is approved, we will email you with instructions on how and where to send the package to. Once you have received a return shipping label, the item must be shipped to us within 7 days, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unused and in brand-new condition.

You will still be responsible for the initial shipping charge and the return shipping fee, except in the case of damaged items. 

Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund.

All returns will be inspected once shipped back to us to verify any reported damage.

If you believe your product is damaged, please upload photos to our return portal. We will need photos to support your claim. This will assist us with your claim.

You understand and agree that products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a refund. Also, we recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items in case the package is lost in transit. Unless otherwise stated by us, you are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or for a defective/damaged item replacement.

Order cancellation

Order cancellation requests must be made by email to support@madebyajadi.com or by contacting us using the contact page. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us. We cannot guarantee any order can be cancelled beyond the above-outlined timeframes.

Refunds

Following a return request, we will refund you the price paid for the returned order, subject to the Terms herein. If an ordered item is currently out of stock, you may choose to receive a partial refund for just that item instead of a replacement if you do not want replacement suggestion(s). 

The refund will be processed after we have received and examined the return. We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used to pay for your order.

Please note that we may withhold any refund until the returned items are received. AJADI’s management will make the final decision to approve the return or exchange, and we will promptly inform you of the decision via email.

Additionally, it is important to be aware that items purchased on sale, gift cards, or with a discount code of 50% or higher are generally not eligible for returns or refunds unless they have a manufacturer defect or are damaged upon arrival.
